PRVC Systems’ new product launch includes demonstration videos showcasing the company’s state-of-the-art PRVC door systems, trolley systems and gate systems.
PRVC Systems, the leading provider of cubic curtain systems for hospitals and clinics, curtain rails and fabrics, has released how-to videos for its innovative PVRC door systems, PVRC trolley systems and PVRC gate systems. The cabin track systems use patented designs and are installed via wall mounted mechanisms instead of traditional overhead tracks. This design attempts to resolve incompatibilities between ceiling curtain rails and patient lift system rails.
The first product presentation video presents the PVRC door systems. The new door systems are intended for use in private patient rooms, high-traffic common areas and bathrooms. Customers can choose between two configurations of the PRVC door system depending on the architectural conditions and patient requirements. The first configuration is a stationary rail system and the second is a swing arm construction. The videos also show how the stationary track system is better for multi-patient rooms and door frames. The PRVC swing arm design is better suited for spaces around doors and in bathrooms to allow easy access to the shower area and toilet.
The second video demonstrates the PRVC trolley system. That trolley systems are primarily designed to allow patient lifts to reach patient cabins despite obstacles. In a healthcare setting, the non-wall mounted PRVC cart system works in tandem with the XYZ lift system to provide access to all areas within the room.
The third video from PVRC Systems explains the PRVC Gate System. This gate system is designed to work with linear elevator systems. Easy access through the gate system allows elevator equipment to travel freely through the space past the car partitions. It is suitable for use in clinical settings such as outpatient clinics or rooms with many bays for multiple patients.
The videos demonstrate PRVC cabin curtain tracks for each PRVC product, eliminating the need for typical hospital ceiling cabin curtain tracks. Traditional ceiling curtain tracks can become a safety hazard as they could interfere with the sprinkler system. In contrast, PRVC’s Wall Mounted Power Tracks enable optimal performance of air conditioning, ventilation, smoke detectors, sprinkler systems and lighting from shared fixtures.
PRVC systems offers cabin curtains in a variety of tone-on-tone polyester and vinyl fabrics. The curtain fabric is sourced from reputable fabric mills in the United States. Fabric samples can be requested with a single phone call, and PVRC’s support staff is always available to answer any questions regarding the material or architectural requirements of the project. Each PRVC curtain meets NFPA 701 fire retardancy standards for vertical flammability and is antimicrobial treated. The curtains feature Launder Cycle Alert decals and the innovative curtain hooks allow for a change without using a ladder or step stool.
